Hi Rich912Not quite out of the woods yet. My XP disk decided to stop working after I dropped a labeller on it. I wonder why? Um not suprising really.Anyway I bought a WIn 7 Home as I thought I may as well as support for XP was coming to an end.

I have got the laptopworking with two exceptions.1. In Devices Manager, Video controller hasn't got a driver, went on to try to let it find one on line, no good.2.

File assuming that a Windows 7 driver is available for your graphics chip – I believe this model uses an Intel graphics chip but I don’t know which one.The copying problem sounds like a permission issue. Do you receive any error message?
